Most AI security mistakes at work do not start with a breach headline. They start with convenience.
Someone wants a faster summary, a cleaner email, or a quick code explanation. They paste a little too much context into an AI tool, and suddenly sensitive information has left the safe boundary where it originally belonged.

Never paste these into a third-party AI tool unless your company has explicitly approved that workflow:

- customer data
- internal contracts

Never paste:
